Refunds and Returns

Refund policy: 

We take pride in ensuring that we only ship out products that meet our quality standards. If in case you receive a damaged product or you simply don’t like it in person, follow the steps below;

If you are not satisfied with your TOKA KOKA purchase(s) you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

Please make an unboxing video to ensure that products are delivered safely. In the absence of a video showing damages (if any), we will offer refunds on a case-to-case basis as all products are double checked before shipping. 

All items must be unworn, untarnished with original tags and packaging intact.
You have 15 days from the day of purchase to return your items for a full refund or 100% store credit (minus shipping)
If you return items after the 15 days but before 30 Days we will give you 100% store credit (minus shipping).
Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to

If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 7 calendar days of receipt of items.

We do not accept C.O.D. for returns, exchanges or delivery of any sort.

 Are there any charges for return?

  • No restocking fees
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift to enable us in passing it on to someone else who avails the offer. We are a very small company and would like to keep our losses at a minimal.

What if I receive the wrong item? 
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at with the subject “wrong item” along with your order id and we will help you.


TOKA KOKA will do everything to deliver items to you, in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at with the subject “reclaim”. Prior to sending the item back, please email a picture / video (preferable) of the damaged product and explain the problem. TOKA KOKA will pay for the shipping back to our facility.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
