At TOKA KOKA, we promise to make your shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible.
We’ll deliver your package to the address of your choice, anywhere in INDIA. At the moment we do not ship outside of India and are trying to figure out a pocket friendly shipping option for overseas buyers.
Our system will send you an auto generated email confirming your order.
Our current processing time is 1- 3 business days. Once shipped it takes approximately 3-4 business days for delivery in South India and 5-8 business days for other states.
Your goods should arrive at your address within 3-7 days from when your order was processed.

During HOLIDAYS please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed.
Most orders are shipped via Courier options available on our Shipping Integrator – Shiprocket’s portal. If in case shipping options aren’t available with the integrator, we will ship your orders via INDIAPOST or DTDC.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return-shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused or insufficient address.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund.
